watching the election on a tv with shitty reception in my shitty flat.
the rents vote everso eclectically:
maureen: labour (unquestionably as her mother did)
margaret: labour (unquestionably as her mother did)
kiong: liberal in a safe labour seat, and greens in a liberal or marginal seat (wtf?, liberal and the greens? though he can't actually vote cos he's a fob)
the question on everybodies lips: is it noors turn to vote this year, and if so who did she vote for byproxy, and if not, who did her brother vote for?

my brother and i only vote in state elections (i.e. elections that make no difference to mum and dad's daily lives), fool! as if we could ever vote in federal elections. until the next election of course, then we'll both be of age to vote.
in coincidental news, i told john brumby that my parents were both liberals to put him at ease (they're swing voters). they actually did both vote liberal.
excitingly, i found out that our new house is in higgins; this means that that next election i can and will vote 1 petie costello. YESSSS. so basically i don't have to work out my political orientation anymore- i can just follow my blind love for costie.
oh and i was going to ask, what's up with your electorate?! because hes posted the same thing about zane alcorn on her blog, and she lives in brunswick. and ainsley lives in the same electorate, and she lives in essendon. so i ask you: brunswick, essendon, AND footscray? how much of a fatty are you, wills?
when were you gossiping with brumby?
i live really close to three electorates, wills, gellibrand and maribrynong - and hence get the mail for all three amongst my mums house and the flat.
we got nicola roxon, health minister. i asked he to speak at macrob when she was opposition to health, and she was all like, 'no, i'm too busy'.
