I have a suspicion however, that he choose to specialise in maxillo-facial surgery because you have the most letters after your name (its also approx. 14 years of study).

he's a real nice guy to, "don't worry about that (hospital fee) - i own the hospital - if you don't have insurance i'll just waiver it - no fee"
