I have bruises all down my spine from doing yoga.
i was using a yoga matt as well.
it wasn't even particularly strenuos yoga. the instructor was an 87yo.

in a bright pink power jumpsuit with huge-arse shoulder pads and a big phat white belt.
red lipstick and blue eyeshadow.
she's one of those people where you can never tell if her eyes are open or closed. (or if she's looking at you)
she had big hair that doesn't move when she moves. (i point the finger at hairspray)
she give everyone lollies after class and hands out photocopies of blonde jokes.
